Schooling and Licensing Requirements in Hawaii
You can earn your license in Hawaii through education and examination. There are also apprenticeships for in-state candidates.
To complete your education you will need to spend at least six weeks preparing and complete a minimum of 570 hours education.
This is broken down as follows:
- 420 hours – Practical training as a student or an apprentice
- 100 hours – Theory and demonstration
- 50 hours – Physiology, anatomy, and structural kinesiology
