18 Best Ways to Get into the Abraham Hicks Vortex

Abraham Hicks outlines a few ways to get into the vortex, but it’s mostly down to finding out what works for you.

I’ve included 18 activities and ways that I get into the vortex in this post. I’m sure most of these will help almost everyone reading this post. Take a read and let me know what you think!

Positive Thinking

You’re not going to get into the vortex without having positive thoughts and stopping doing all the things that are holding you back. This is part of the fundamental teachings from the Get into The Vortex – a talk Ester Hicks has given on YouTube.

Take the time to change the way you think if you currently struggle with negative thoughts.

Practice Visualization

If you’re a visual person, visualization is a technique that can help you imagine where you want to be – in the vortex – and how you can get there.

It’s a form of mindfulness that helps put things into your subconscious. So when you achieve them, they will feel familiar.

Take a Nap

We all get to that point in the day when things start to get on top of us from time-to-time. When you feel this happening, take a nap if you can.

Napping recharges your batteries, both physically and mentally. Wake up with the right attitude and get into the vortex where you’ll be in the perfect place.

Bask in the Sun

Not all of us are sun lovers. In fact, I’m not. But I get that feel-good feeling from a spot of sunbathing and relaxing in the heat and it’s a way to get closer to being in the vortex.

Be mindful of how the heat from the sun feels on your body and how you can harness that energy in your own way.

Do Some Exercise

There is nothing quite like some physical exercise to wake up your mind and body and get you into a high that will take you into the vortex.

The endorphins it releases, the positive health and wellness benefits, you can’t beat it. Stop thinking about it, just do it!

Meditation

Abraham Hicks has some guided meditations that’ll help you get into the vortex and feel more connected with their teachings. So, I recommend checking those out for sure.

You can also use your own meditation techniques if you already meditate. There are loads of mental wellness benefits associated with meditating, so it makes sense to incorporate meditation into your daily routine.

Here are some of the best guided meditations on YouTube.

Declutter Your Life

Decluttering is a wonderfully therapeutic and satisfying thing to do. Whether you’re throwing out stuff you don’t need or doing more of a mental and spiritual decluttering, it’s worth exploring.

If you want to go deep into decluttering I’ve become a huge fan of Marie Kondo and follow a lot of her principles.

Spend Time with Loved Ones

Spending time with friends and family and sharing some love and happiness around will help you get into the vortex, and possibly help others around you do so too.

So something spontaneous and fun with them too. It adds to the love and support you’ll get back in return.

Use Affirmations

Affirmations are a powerful way to make positive things happen in your life. You don’t’ have to use affirmations around getting into the vortex directly, you can focus on any area of your life you want to improve.

Much like meditating, affirmations are another self-improvement technique I always recommend anyone adds to their daily routines to being them increased joy and happiness.

Take Time to Relax

We all get caught up with our hectic lives and power through our days. Before we know it weeks, even months have passed by without being in the vortex.

Take the time to stop what you’re doing and relax. Everyone relaxes in different ways, find out what works for you and get back into the vortex.

Focus on Your Breathing

Centering yourself and finding an inner peace always starts with focused breathing. Just as you would while meditating, take a few minutes out of your day to focus on your breathing.

Be mindful and present in the moment. Really feel each breath going in and out. You’ll notice you instantly feel better, and it’s a sure way to get into the vortex.

Spend Some Time with Nature

Natural has some incredibly powerful healing effects on the mind, body, and spirit. Even if you’re not ‘into’ nature and the outdoors, give it a try.

Explore a new area. Take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the outdoors. It’s the way some people get into their vortex.

Have a Massage

When was the last time you treated yourself, and your body to a nice relaxing massage? Massage therapy stimulates the release of healing hormones and improves your overall wellbeing.

If you have a willing partner, it’s fun to practice on each other!

Read/Listen to Motivational Stuff

I turn to motivational books or YouTube videos when I’m in need of adding a little pep to my step. Doing so puts me on a frequency with people who have habits and routines that create success for them.

Tuning in when you need to get into the vortex is fine. Adding a small motivational boost to your morning routine is even better.

Find a Reason to Laugh

We should all laugh at something every day. Not only does it stimulate our bodies to produce chemicals that promote healing, but it’s also a way to get into the vortex.

I’m sure you’ll agree it’s one of the more enjoyable ways to reach contentment. Laugh alone, or laugh with friends.

Do Some Yoga

Yoga is a very spiritual activity. It also allows you to focus on your physical and mental wellbeing, as well as your breathing techniques as already discussed.

I love yoga because it’s something you can do for a few minutes whenever you have the time and space.

Journal Your Thoughts

Writing down your thoughts helps to bring them to the forefront of your mind. It will help you achieve high vibrations and get you into the vortex.

You can use it as a way to come up with and use affirmations. It’s a therapeutic exercise with lots of wellness and personal development applications.

Show Gratitude and Appreciation

Showing gratitude and appreciation for all the things you have will get you into the vortex. Because you have a lot, trust me, we all have a lot to be grateful for.

You can do this in any way that’s comfortable and fulfilling for you. It can be combined with some of the other exercises I’ve mentioned for added effect.

What Is the Law of Attraction?

Just in case you landed here without a complete understanding of what the Law of Attraction is and how it’s affected so many lives around the world, here’s a briefing:

The Law of Attraction (you can check it out here on Amazon) is a book written by Esther Hicks and Jerry Hicks. The book explains the powerful basics of the teachings of ‘Abraham Hicks’. Abraham Hicks is often thought of as a person behind the book. But, the name Abraham Hicks is actually used as a vessel for the messages and teachings.

It’s difficult to explain the real meaning and what someone can expect from the book. Because everyone’s interpretation and experience is different. But in essence, The Law of Attraction explains how to use the laws that govern the universe to your advantage.

This can be through a number of ways. Some of which I’ve covered in this article to give you an idea of how to get into the vortex and channel these energies in a positive way.

It’s one of the most fascinating and thought-provoking books I’ve ever read. In fact, it is the most insightful book I’ve ever read. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
