Why You Should Send Your Coworkers a Thank You Note
It only takes a minute to send anyone a thank you note for sending you a gift, yet it’s something that can really make someone’s day.
Your coworkers will appreciate the gesture and it will also help to strengthen relationships in the workplace.
It also sets a good example for other people in the office and shows them that you value their kindness.
Just put yourself on the other side of the equation, if you and your coworkers made an effort to send flowers or something else as a gift to a coworker, it would be nice to receive thanks, wouldn’t it?
So, the next time someone sends you a gift, whether it’s coworkers or someone else, take a few minutes to send them a thank you note and let them know how grateful you are.
