Side Effects and Precautions When Using Garlic Oil
When taken as directed and in small amounts garlic oil is safe and it’s unlikely you will have any ill effects. Some people do experience a burning sensation when ingesting, as well as some stomach issues like bloating and gas.
If you experience any of these or some other reaction then stop taking garlic immediately and consult your doctor. IF using on skin always check the product you’re using and use as directed. Test on a small area of skin first if it’s suitable for topical use.
