How to Use Castor Oil to Heal Externally
If you are healing an external problem such as; swollen joints, skin conditions, muscle pain, or an area where an internal problem is. Here are some instructions on how to use the oil to get the most from the healing properties.
- Warm up some castor oil, around a quarter of a cup should be more than enough.
- Soak a cloth or similar material in the oil and ring it so it’s not dripping.
- Place the oil soaked cloth over the area of the body you are treating.
- Lay a warm water bottle or heat pack on top of the cloth to help maintain the temperature.
- Allow the treatment to stay for at least 30 minutes.
- Repeat this as often, and for as long as necessary to treat the problem.
Contraindication of Taking Castor Oil Orally
As mentioned earlier you should always have the clearance from a medical professional to take castor oil orally. It’s contraindicate for pregnant women, and anyone with any form of cancer.
