If you stayed in an Airbnb and feel like your host went above and beyond, or just make your stay a good one, sending them a thank you note is the right thing to do.
Hosts love to hear from their guests, especially with thank you notes and positive reviews.
It only takes a minute to do, too, and I’ve provided some examples of a thank you note for Airbnb hosts below you can use:

- “Thank you so much for your hospitality. Your Airbnb was exactly as advertised, clean, and well-appointed. We really appreciated all the special touches you provided to make our stay comfortable, we will definitely recommend you to friends and family.”

How to Also Raise Some Concerns to An Airbnb Host While Saying ‘thanks’
If your stay wasn’t perfect, but was still very enjoyable and you want to say thanks while raising your concerns, you can do that.
Start your note by pointing out all of the things you liked about your Airbnb, and simply add a line with some constructive advice to address your issues.
There is no need to be confrontational, I’d simply say something like, “one thing I’d like to raise is that the living area could have been cleaner, but we understand that sometimes things get missed when turning properties around.”
If you’re nice about it, you’re much more likely to receive a positive response from the host, which could help them improve their services for future guests.
They may even offer you a partial refund or a discounted stay in the future, you never know!
It’s up to you, but I always like to be polite and courteous when raising concerns and expressing my appreciation, as you never know what could come of it.
