Today I bring you a Hemingweigh acupressure mat review. I’ve reviewed a few acupressure mats and I always enjoying seeing how they differ from each other. What user feedback there is, and how they compare.
I love the feeling acupressure mats give. It’s like a flush of blood and energy to the areas being treated. You feel more energized, your head is clearer, and you feel stress and worries drifting away.
Hemingweigh Acupressure Mat Review
Specifications and Design Features
The Hemingweigh acupressure mat is a personal and effective wellness tool. That’s how I look at these mats. You can use them at home at your own convenience. No need for visits to a spa or a therapist, and they are incredibly effective.
Reduce Stress and Muscle Tension
A couple of the main reasons to use an acupressure mat is to release all that stress and tension being held in the muscles and also in your head.
Getting all wound up and stressed after a busy day has a drag on your health. You build up tension and tightness in your muscles and you will also feel mentally exhausted.
A few minutes a day on an acupressure mat and you can undo a lot of this stress and tension. You will stimulate more blood flow through the acupressure points on your body. Release more endorphins and feel good hormones in your brain, and feel a whole let better.
It’s worth in my opinion. Whichever way you look at it.
This mat from Hemingweigh is 29” x 17” x 1” is size. It weighs just 2.6 lbs, so it’s easy to take with you if you’re traveling.

Hemingweigh Acupressure Mat User Testimony
I spoke with someone who has used this Hemingweigh acupressure mat and asked them to provide a review. Here are their comments:
I bought this mat to give myself some acupressure therapy at home. I had not used a product like this before, and was skeptical but excited to give it a go.
The surface of the mat has a lot of (sharp) plastic nodes. At first it’s a little too painful to just lay on with bare skin for minutes at a time. I started out wearing a thin shirt. I could still feel the pins, but it didn’t hurt.
Fast forward a couple of months and it’s now not a problem at all to lay on the mat with bare skin. Your body certainly gets used to the feel and it becomes a lot easier.
As far as how much better I feel and the health benefits. I’m sleeping a lot better for one, that’s a fact. I feel generally better and have more energy, and my neck and back muscles feel more relaxed.
I sit at a desk all day and do experience the usual tightness in my back and neck. This has completely gone. I will be using this mat ongoing as part of my own healthcare.
When Should I Use This Mat, Morning or Evening?
This depends on your own personal choice. Using the mat in the morning will help get your blood flowing and energize you for the day. While in the evening you will find that you sleep and relax better afterwards.
Can This Mat Be Used on the Bed, I Find the Floor Hard to Use?
Yes. You can use it on any surface that you find comfortable to use it on. You don’t have to be laying down either. You can use acupressure mats on chairs, even the sofa.
How Long Should I Lay on the Mat For?
This comes down to personal preference. Start with just 5-10 minutes until you are used to using the mat then work up to what seems to be working for you. 20–30 minutes max should be more than enough.
