Both offer really good physical and mental benefits as I have outlined. The best thing you can do is try out both types of massage and make a decision for yourself.

Both target muscle pains and knots really effectively. Both are relaxing. I think the bamboo hot massage is a little more physical, but again that depends on the therapist carrying out the therapy.
